FO History Lesson: Place des Vosges

Where: Place des Vosges, Paris, France. This is the oldest planned square in Paris, built by Henri IV from 1605 - 1612. Through the years the square has housed many famous historians including Victor Hugo, author of Les Misérables and Notre-Dame des Paris (The Hunchback of Notre-Dame).

What I Wore: top Gap, skirt Joe Fresh, bag thrifted, sunnies Steve Madden.

Cheers,
Rebecca

Off to the races: Equestrian love.

I love everything about this photo featured in the Harper's Bazaar September 2012 issue from the retro hair, to the buffalo plaid Michael Kors coat and knit turtleneck, briefs (?!!) and socks, gorgeous Ralph Lauren Collection boots and finally the Hermès saddle, bridle and reins (yes, I said Hermès!). If only I had somewhere to wear an outfit like this...

Here are a few other amazing looks from the Clothes Horse feature which was photographed by Terry Richardson.

And I'm off to dig out my riding boots!
