Styled by FO: Vintage Dress

I picked up this gorgeous vintage dress for just $17 when I was in Toronto over the Christmas holidays.  I couldn't believe my luck when I found it on the rack; a handful of different ways to wear it immediately came to mind.  Here's how I styled it for a casual day around the city.
