Next time you are on the west side near Penn Station consider stopping at
Ayza Wine & Chocolate Bar at 11 West 31st street for a respite! It's not difficult to guess from the name that they have a pretty extensive wine and chocolate list, but they also serve lunch and dinner and have outdoor seating! All positives in my book! So this past Friday when a friend was coming into Penn Station on the LIRR to meet me for lunch, I knew just the place and we were not disappointed. I had a nice dry rose (my first of the season), we each tried the Goat Cheese Brulee salad (amazing and quite filling) and shared a few gourmet chocolates for dessert.
