I hosted a serious feast on Easter Sunday with friends and family. My mom, who is visiting from Toronto, cooked up a storm; there was lamb, chicken, potatoes, parsnips, carrots, salad, brussels sprouts - you name it, we ate it. I baked a layered ombré cake and made some delicious Campari citrus sorbet (recipe here), which we rounded out with cookies and cannoli from the local pastry shop.
