Village Love

At dinner on Sunday night, I joked with the beau that the only thing I really wanted in life was a perfectly decorated apartment, preferably in the West Village.  This revelation could've been prompted by the fact that I spent the majority of my weekend in that part of the city or that I was dining al fresco on a beautiful tree-lined street in the heart of the Village or (and most likely) that I've always just really wanted to live in that neighbourhood, but whatever the cause, I know my next apartment will be there.  B and I spent last Saturday strolling around the historic district, browsing the quaint boutiques, marveling at the gorgeous townhouses and enjoying a crisp glass of rosé on a bustling patio.  The weather was gorgeous and even though we ended up in SoHo (a legitimate nightmare on a Saturday afternoon), it was a great way to spend the weekend.  Below are some photos we snapped from the day.
